The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सुहृद्भूत्वा विवादेन द्वैताद्वैतविचारणा ।
कृता हृदयगेहेऽन्तरविद्याभस्ममार्जनी ॥ ३९ ॥

suhṛdbhūtvā vivādena dvaitādvaitavicāraṇā |
kṛtā hṛdayagehe'ntaravidyābhasmamārjanī || 39 ||

The discussion of unity and duality, is as benificial to man as his best friend; in sweeping away the dirt and dross of ignorance from their minds, as they drive away the dust from within the doors of their houses.
