The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.108.23

राज्ञः सन्नह्य सामन्तानानीयन्तां च मन्त्रिणः ।
उद्धाट्यन्तां हेतिशाला दीयन्तां घोरहेतयः ॥ २३ ॥

rājñaḥ sannahya sāmantānānīyantāṃ ca mantriṇaḥ |
uddhāṭyantāṃ hetiśālā dīyantāṃ ghorahetayaḥ || 23 ||

Summon the princes and chiefs and the generals and ministers, to appear here forthwith in their full armour; and lay open the arsenal, and get out the horrible weapons.
