The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यदा सर्वमिदं दृश्यं जातं ब्रह्म निरामयम् ।
तदा ब्रह्मपदस्थेन मयात्मैवैवमीक्षितः ॥ ५० ॥

yadā sarvamidaṃ dṛśyaṃ jātaṃ brahma nirāmayam |
tadā brahmapadasthena mayātmaivaivamīkṣitaḥ || 50 ||

When I viewed all these visibles as manifestation of the self-same Brahma, then I left myself also situated in the state of divinity of Brahma himself.
