The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तनुः संकल्पिता यैषा कलनेति जगत्त्रये ।
सा हि किंचिद्विजानाति नित्यं ज्ञानैकधर्मिणी ॥ ६३ ॥

tanuḥ saṃkalpitā yaiṣā kalaneti jagattraye |
sā hi kiṃcidvijānāti nityaṃ jñānaikadharmiṇī || 63 ||

Though the intellect has the quality of knowing every thing, contained in all the three worlds; yet it has but a little knowledge of them from the paucity of its desire of knowing them.
