The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.58.38

क्रमादङ्गानि सर्वाणि सरसानि चकाशिरे ।
तस्य पुष्पाकर इव लताजालानि भूभृतः ॥ ३८ ॥

kramādaṅgāni sarvāṇi sarasāni cakāśire |
tasya puṣpākara iva latājālāni bhūbhṛtaḥ || 38 ||

By degrees the members of the body became renovated, like a garden with its returning flowering season; and as the sides of a hill become virescent, with fresh grown bushes and creepers.
