The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निःशङ्कया गतश्रीका मूका विलुलिताशयाः ।
अन्धेन तमसा पूर्णा गृहा गहनतां गताः ॥ ३३ ॥

niḥśaṅkayā gataśrīkā mūkā vilulitāśayāḥ |
andhena tamasā pūrṇā gṛhā gahanatāṃ gatāḥ || 33 ||

Our prosperity has fled from us, and we sit here in dumb despair of hope. Our houses have become dark and gloomy as a desert.
