प्र न॑: पू॒षा च॒रथं॑ वि॒श्वदे॑व्यो॒ऽपां नपा॑दवतु वा॒युरि॒ष्टये॑ । आ॒त्मानं॒ वस्यो॑ अ॒भि वात॑मर्चत॒ तद॑श्विना सुहवा॒ याम॑नि श्रुतम् ॥
प्र नः पूषा चरथं विश्वदेव्योऽपां नपादवतु वायुरिष्टये । आत्मानं वस्यो अभि वातमर्चत तदश्विना सुहवा यामनि श्रुतम् ॥
pra naḥ pūṣā carathaṃ viśvadevyo 'pāṃ napād avatu vāyur iṣṭaye | ātmānaṃ vasyo abhi vātam arcata tad aśvinā suhavā yāmani śrutam ||
English translation:
“May Pūṣan protect all our moveable (property); may Vāyu, the friend of the Viśvedevās, thegrandson of the waters, preserve us for the celebration of the sacrifice. Worship the wind, the soul of all, (toobtain) excellent (food); Aśvins, who are worthy to be invoked, hear us on your way.”
