द्वितीयोऽध्यायः ।
नाडीशुद्धिः ।
श्रीभगवान् ।
यमैश्च नियमैश्चैव योगाङ्गैरासनै रपि ।
सुसंयतो नाडीशुद्धौ प्राणायामो विधीयते ॥ 1 ॥
