ततो राजभयात्सर्वे नियमं चक्रिरे तदा ।
नराः शासनमाज्ञाय तस्य राज्ञो महात्मनः ॥ २० ॥

tato rājabhayātsarve niyamaṃ cakrire tadā |
narāḥ śāsanamājñāya tasya rājño mahātmanaḥ || 20 ||
