प्रजाः पालयतोऽसम्यगधर्मेणेह भूपतेः ।
हार्दं भयं संभवति स्वर्गश्चास्य विरुध्यते ॥ १४ ॥

prajāḥ pālayato'samyagadharmeṇeha bhūpateḥ |
hārdaṃ bhayaṃ saṃbhavati svargaścāsya virudhyate || 14 ||
