राज्ञः प्रमाददोषेण दस्युभिः परिमुष्यताम् ।
अशरण्यः प्रजानां यः स राजा कलिरुच्यते ॥ २७ ॥
rājñaḥ pramādadoṣeṇa dasyubhiḥ parimuṣyatām |
aśaraṇyaḥ prajānāṃ yaḥ sa rājā kalirucyate || 27 ||
