The Garga-samhita Verse 6.19.36, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 19 (In the First Fortress of Dvaraka, the Glories of Lila-sarovara, Hari-mandira, Jnana-tirtha, Krishna-kunda, Balabhadra-sarah, Ganesha-tirtha, Dana-sthala, and Maya-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

दान-तीर्थे ह्य् अन्न-दानं
यः करोति महा-मनाः
ऋण-त्रयं विमुच्याथ
याति विश्षोः परं पदम्

dāna-tīrthe hy anna-dānaṃ
yaḥ karoti mahā-manāḥ
ṛṇa-trayaṃ vimucyātha
yāti viśṣoḥ paraṃ padam

dāna-tīrthe—at Dāna-tīrtha; hy—indeed; anna-dānamgift of food; yaḥ—who; karotidoes; mahā-manaḥnoble-hearted; ṛṇa-trayam—three kinds of debt; vimucya—becoming free; athathen; yātigoes; viśṣoḥ—of Lord Viṣṇu; param— to the supreme; padamabode.

English translation of verse 6.19.36:

A noble-hearted person who gives charity at Dāna-tīrtha becomes free of the three debts and goes to the transcendental abode of Lord Viṣṇu.
