निर्मोहं राघवं दृष्ट्वा-
थैक-पत्नी-व्रत-स्थितं
क्रोधात् सीतां भक्षयितुं
धावती रावण-स्वसा
nirmohaṃ rāghavaṃ dṛṣṭvā-
thaika-patnī-vrata-sthitaṃ
krodhāt sītāṃ bhakṣayituṃ
dhāvatī rāvaṇa-svasā
nirmoham—not falling in love with her; rāghavam—Lord Rāma; dṛṣṭvā—seeing; atha—then; eka-patnī-vrata-sthitam—taking a vow of accepting only one wife; krodhāt—out of anger; sītām—Sītā; bhakṣayitum—to devour; dhāvatī—running; rāvaṇa-svasā—Ravana's sister.
English translation of verse 5.11.3:
Seeing that Lord Rāma had vowed to accept only one wife, and had not fallen in love with her, Rāvaṇa's sister Śūrpanakhā angrily ran to devour Sītā-devī.
