The Garga-samhita Verse 5.4.6, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 4 (The Journey to Shri Mathura) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

अश्रु-पूर्ण-मुखीं दीनां
राधां कमल-लोचनाम्
शोचन्तीं भगवान् आह
मेघ-गम्भीरया गिरा

aśru-pūrṇa-mukhīṃ dīnāṃ
rādhāṃ kamala-locanām
śocantīṃ bhagavān āha
megha-gambhīrayā girā

aśruwith tears; pūrṇafilled; mukhīm—face; dīnām—poor; rādhām—Rādhā; kamala-locanām—lotus-eyed; śocantīm—weeping; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; āha—said; megha-gambhīrayā—deep as thunder; girāwith words.

English translation of verse 5.4.6:

Gazing at poor, weeping, lotus-eyed Rādhā, Her face filled with tears, the Supreme Personality of Godhead spoke with words deep as thunder.
