परिकरी-कृत-पीत-पटं हरिं
शिखि-किरीट-नति-कृत-कन्धरम्
लकुट-वेणु-करं चल-कुण्डलं
पटुतरं नट-वेष-धरं भजे
parikarī-kṛta-pīta-paṭaṃ hariṃ
śikhi-kirīṭa-nati-kṛta-kandharam
lakuṭa-veṇu-karaṃ cala-kuṇḍalaṃ
paṭutaraṃ naṭa-veṣa-dharaṃ bhaje
parikarī-kṛta—a sash; pīta—yellow; paṭam—cloth; harim—Kṛṣṇa; śikhi—peacock feather; kirīṭa—crown; nati-kṛta—sloping; kandharam—neck; lakuṭa—a stick; veṇu—and flute; karam—in hand; cala-kuṇḍalam—swinging earrings; paṭutaram—most expert; naṭa—of a dancer; vesā—appearance; dharam—wearing; bhaje—I worship.
English translation of verse 4.1.2:
Dressed as a dancer, with a yellow sash, a peacock-feather crown, swinging earrings, a graceful neck, and a stick and flute in His hand, Lord Kṛṣṇa is the object of my worship.
