श्री-नारद उवाच
इत्य् उक्तौ तौ मुनि-शिवौ
स्नात्वा मान-सरोवरे
गोपीत्वं प्राप्य सहसा
जग्मतू रास-मण्डले

śrī-nārada uvāca
ity uktau tau muni-śivau
snātvā māna-sarovare
gopītvaṃ prāpya sahasā
jagmatū rāsa-maṇḍale

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; ity—thus; uktau—addressed; tau—they; muni-śivau—Asuri Muni and Lord śiva; snātvā—bathing; māna-sarovare—in mana-sarivaras; gopītvam—the status of gopīs; prāpyaattaining; sahasāat once; jagmatū—went; rāsa-maṇḍale—to the rasa dance circle.

English translation of verse 2.25.8:

Bathing in Māna-sarovara, and at once becoming gopīs, Lord Siva and Asuri Muni went to the circle of the rāsa dance.
