Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Deities—In charge of various territories have Cidākāśa as their abode]

Agni, Sūrya, Candra, Lightning, Brilliance and Devas, Gandharvas, Yakṣas,etc., (those who move in Ākāśa), Śaktis who reside in the hṛdaya, the predators of living beings, Powerful Śaktis, all these are capable of moving about inside and outside the Cidākāśa. Though they reside in their territories, still they are as whole taken to be residing in the Cidākāśa.[1] Śiva and Jīva both have the function of sense and action. Śiva of his own “will” takes the Aṇu form of Jīva (Cinmātrarūpā and Māyānirmitarūpā).
