This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.68

अष्टांगसंप्रपूर्णा च वाचा तेषां महर्षिणां ।
सर्वदर्शिणां सत्या च आज्ञेया सर्वप्राणिनां ॥ ६८ ॥

aṣṭāṃgasaṃprapūrṇā ca vācā teṣāṃ maharṣiṇāṃ |
sarvadarśiṇāṃ satyā ca ājñeyā sarvaprāṇināṃ || 68 ||

“Eight qualities had the voice of those great seers, who had full perception of the truths that are to be known by all living beings. (68)
