The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निमेषो नान्य उन्मेषान्नोन्मेषोऽपि निमेषतः ।
ब्रह्मणः सर्गवपुषो निमेषोन्मेषरूपिणः ॥ ३३ ॥

nimeṣo nānya unmeṣānnonmeṣo'pi nimeṣataḥ |
brahmaṇaḥ sargavapuṣo nimeṣonmeṣarūpiṇaḥ || 33 ||

Seeing and not seeing, and their results of creation and extinction, make no difference in the Divine Intellect which is always the same.
