The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

विपश्चितोऽन्यसंसारे देहैर्भ्रान्ता दिगन्तरान् ।
ताननन्ताम्बरे व्योम्नि तावत्कालमखिन्नधीः ॥ ४१ ॥

vipaścito'nyasaṃsāre dehairbhrāntā digantarān |
tānanantāmbare vyomni tāvatkālamakhinnadhīḥ || 41 ||

The Vipaschitas all wandered about the other worlds in empty air, and all this was the work of their imagination, which is unrestricted in its flight through boundless space.
