The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.105.15

असंभवः संभवति जगद्भानमिवाम्बरे ।
तम एव महालोको यः सनिद्रः सवासरः ॥ १५ ॥

asaṃbhavaḥ saṃbhavati jagadbhānamivāmbare |
tama eva mahāloko yaḥ sanidraḥ savāsaraḥ || 15 ||

The impossible becomes possible, as the supposition of the world in the empty void; and the darkness appears as light, as the night time seems to be daylight to the sleeping and dreaming man at night.
