Verse 7.68.1

विद्याधर्युवाच ।
ततः प्राचीनमभ्यासं बोधधारणयामले ।
कुर्वः प्रकटतां तेन जगदेष्यति शैलगम् ॥ १ ॥

vidyādharyuvāca |
tataḥ prācīnamabhyāsaṃ bodhadhāraṇayāmale |
kurvaḥ prakaṭatāṃ tena jagadeṣyati śailagam || 1 ||

The nymph continued:—Now as it is the habit of long practice, combined with the understanding and cogitation of a subject, that makes one proficient in it; so these being applied to the meditation of the spiritual and pure soul, will cause the material world to vanish in the stone.
