कारणस्येति बीजस्य सत्यासत्यैककारिणः ।
असंभवाज्जगत्सत्ता कथं केन कुतः क्व का ॥ २३ ॥

kāraṇasyeti bījasya satyāsatyaikakāriṇaḥ |
asaṃbhavājjagatsattā kathaṃ kena kutaḥ kva kā || 23 ||

So the reality of a causal (productive) seed, being altogether untrue; there is no possibility of the existence of a real (substantial) world, nor can you say how, whence, by whom and when it came into being.
