तथा महाचितोच्छायाः सर्गसंवित्तिवृत्तिषु ।
नित्यं सत्त्वमसत्त्वं वा हेतोरन्यानपेक्षणात् ॥ १३ ॥

tathā mahācitocchāyāḥ sargasaṃvittivṛttiṣu |
nityaṃ sattvamasattvaṃ vā hetoranyānapekṣaṇāt || 13 ||

So it is the shadow of the great intellect, that makes our consciousness to perceive the existence of the world; and whether the world is an entity or non-entity, there is no other cause of its knowledge than the intellect.
