The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

लोकद्वयसुखं सम्यक्सर्वं यासु प्रतिष्ठितम् ।
निरिच्छायाः प्रयातायाः पारं संसारवारिधेः ॥ २९ ॥

lokadvayasukhaṃ samyaksarvaṃ yāsu pratiṣṭhitam |
niricchāyāḥ prayātāyāḥ pāraṃ saṃsāravāridheḥ || 29 ||

The happiness of both worlds depends entirely on the person of the disinterested and virtuous wife, who serves as a raft to her husband, for his going across the wide ocean of the perilous world.
