The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.86.48

वार्धकैकान्तसुहृदे दण्डकाष्ठाय ते नमः ।
अस्थिपञ्जरमात्मीयं तथा रक्तान्त्रतन्तुकम् ॥ ४८ ॥

vārdhakaikāntasuhṛde daṇḍakāṣṭhāya te namaḥ |
asthipañjaramātmīyaṃ tathā raktāntratantukam || 48 ||

I thank thee also, O my aged body! that art the prop of my life, even in this old age of thine; when thou art reduced to thy ribs, covering thy bloodless entrails, and thy shrivelled veins and arteries.
