The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.55.5

यदा सर्वाणि दृश्यानि सत्तासामान्यवेदनम् ।
स्वरूपेण स्वरूपाभं सत्तासामान्यता तदा ॥ ५ ॥

yadā sarvāṇi dṛśyāni sattāsāmānyavedanam |
svarūpeṇa svarūpābhaṃ sattāsāmānyatā tadā || 5 ||

When all visible objects are considered to have a common existence, and to be of the same nature with one's self, it is designated the common intellect.
