The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.31.26

शीर्णभिन्नलुठद्भित्तिर्जगज्जरठमण्डपः ।
अयं नीलमणिस्तम्भैस्तद्भुजैरेव धार्यते ॥ २६ ॥

śīrṇabhinnaluṭhadbhittirjagajjaraṭhamaṇḍapaḥ |
ayaṃ nīlamaṇistambhaistadbhujaireva dhāryate || 26 ||

The old stage of this aged world, which was worsted and going to be pulled down by our might, is now supported upon the azure arms of Hari, like the vault of heaven standing upon the blue arches of the cerulean sky.
