The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पिता तव महाप्राज्ञ गतः सार्धं त्वदम्बया ।
स्वामेव परमात्मात्मपदवीं मोक्षनामिकाम् ॥ २७ ॥

pitā tava mahāprājña gataḥ sārdhaṃ tvadambayā |
svāmeva paramātmātmapadavīṃ mokṣanāmikām || 27 ||

Know my intelligent boy, that both thy father and mother, have gone to their ultimate blissful state in the Supreme Spirit, called the state of salvation or liberation.
