The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

गगनगतलतादलोपविष्टः प्रसृतवनावनिवारिवाहवेषाः ।
त्रिभुवनवनिता ददर्श हृष्टः कुसुमनिरन्तरमण्डिता दशाशाः ॥ १२ ॥

gaganagatalatādalopaviṣṭaḥ prasṛtavanāvanivārivāhaveṣāḥ |
tribhuvanavanitā dadarśa hṛṣṭaḥ kusumanirantaramaṇḍitā daśāśāḥ || 12 ||

The clouds covering the landscape were as her garment, and the trees and plants on the borders, were as the fringes or the skirts of her raiment. In this manner he beheld all the ten sides of heaven as full with the form of a fairy queen.
