अरम्यं रम्यरूपेण भावयित्वा स्वसंविदा ।
मल्लेनेव शिशुश्चित्तमयत्नेनैव जीयते ॥ ९ ॥

aramyaṃ ramyarūpeṇa bhāvayitvā svasaṃvidā |
malleneva śiśuścittamayatnenaiva jīyate || 9 ||

He who can take the unpleasant for the pleasurable in his understanding; may with ease subdue his mind, as a giant overcomes a boy by his might.
