The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

व्यवहारात्मकध्यानधारणाधाररूपिणी ।
वातस्वभाववद्देहपरिस्पन्दाद्विलासिनी ॥ १६ ॥

vyavahārātmakadhyānadhāraṇādhārarūpiṇī |
vātasvabhāvavaddehaparispandādvilāsinī || 16 ||

But thy meditativeness must be compatible with thy worldly affairs, and the body like the breeze, is nourished best by its constant agitation.
