The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सीमान्तो गुणपूगानां पौरुषैकान्तभूषणम् ।
संकटेषु भयस्थाने शमः श्रीमान्विराजते ॥ ८३ ॥

sīmānto guṇapūgānāṃ pauruṣaikāntabhūṣaṇam |
saṃkaṭeṣu bhayasthāne śamaḥ śrīmānvirājate || 83 ||

Quietism is the utmost limit of the assemblage of virtues, and the best decoration of manliness; it shines resplendent in all dangers and difficulties.
