The Lakshminarayana Samhita verse 2.135.24 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The work is written in Puranic style and divided into four books according to the four Yugas. This is verse 24 of chapter 135 of Khanda 2 (treta-yuga-santana). नैतादृशं महत् कार्यं विना भक्तेन जायते ।
पाविताः किंपुरुषा वै नरा नार्यो नपुंसकाः ॥ २४ ॥

pāvitāḥ kiṃpuruṣā vai narā nāryo napuṃsakāḥ || 24 ||
