मुद्रां प्रदर्शयेत्स्वां स्वां मन्त्रन्याससमन्विताम् ।
साधकेन कर्तव्यध्यानप्रकारः ।
ततस्सविग्रहं ध्यायेदात्मानं विष्णुरूपिणम् ॥ 39 ॥
