The Garga-samhita Verse 3.7.17, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 3 of Chapter 7 (The Holy Places of Shri Giriraja) of Canto 3 (giriraja-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-गोप्य ऊचुः
वक्रस् त्वम् एवासि समस्थितः पथि
गोपार्भकैर् गोरस-लम्पटो भृशां
मात्रा चा पित्रा सह कारयामो
बलाद् भवन्तं किल कंस-बन्धने

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ
vakras tvam evāsi samasthitaḥ pathi
gopārbhakair gorasa-lampaṭo bhṛśāṃ
mātrā cā pitrā saha kārayāmo
balād bhavantaṃ kila kaṃsa-bandhane

śrī-gopya ūcuḥ—the gopīs said; vakraḥcrooked; tvam—You; eva—indeed; asi—are; samasthitaḥ—standing; pathion the path; gopārbhakaiḥ—with the gopa boys; gorasa-lampaṭaḥgreedy for yogurt; bhṛśām—greatly; mātrāby Your mother; cā—and; pitrā—father; sahawith; kārayāmaḥ—we will do; balāt—forcibly; bhavantam—You; kilaindeed; kaṃsa-bandhane—in the bonds of Kaṃsa.

English translation of verse 3.7.17:

The gopīs said: You are crooked. You and Your gopa boys now block our path.

You are greedy after yogurt. We will see to it that You, Your mother, and Your father are all locked up in Kaṃsa's prison.
