द्व्यष्टधामनिलया चितिः शिवे स्फारयन्त्यनिशमात्मनो बलम् ।
निर्निकेतनपदा तनोष्यसौ ज्ञानरश्मिविसरं सदोदितम् ॥ ११६ ॥dvyaṣṭadhāmanilayā citiḥ śive sphārayantyaniśamātmano balam |
nirniketanapadā tanoṣyasau jñānaraśmivisaraṃ sadoditam || 116 ||

Citirūpa Śakti through the sixteen svaras exhibits her word power of illuminating the objects in the Sasvara ambara which is the universe. When Śakti adorns the Asvara ambara, which is the abode of svaras, she is Parā and she continuously emits rays of ultimate knowledge even without the presence of words and meanings. She is the instrumental cause[1] of creation of both Śabda and Artha.
