This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 87.33

एष परमार्थदर्शी समतुल्यो समसमो च बुद्धेहि ।
दर्शयति प्रातिहार्यं बुद्धो तथ सर्वबुद्धेहि ॥ ३३ ॥

eṣa paramārthadarśī samatulyo samasamo ca buddhehi |
darśayati prātihāryaṃ buddho tatha sarvabuddhehi || 33 ||

“For thus does the Buddha, who has insight into the highest good, and is the equal and peer of Buddhas, reveal the wondrous power of all Buddhas.” (33)
