विनेदुर्मेदुरोद्दाममुखमारुतपूरिताः ।
मध्याह्नशङ्खाः कल्पान्तवातपूर्णा इवार्णवाः ॥ १२ ॥

vinedurmeduroddāmamukhamārutapūritāḥ |
madhyāhnaśaṅkhāḥ kalpāntavātapūrṇā ivārṇavāḥ || 12 ||

The trumpets sounded aloud, with the wind blown by the mouths of trumpeters; and the conchshells blew as loudly at midday, as the winds of the last deluge, set the sea waves to their tremendous uproar.
