The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

संसारनिचयस्वप्नं परिज्ञाय सुषुप्तताम् ।
नयन्प्रकटदिग्दीर्घां हा शेते सुखमात्मवान् ॥ ३७ ॥

saṃsāranicayasvapnaṃ parijñāya suṣuptatām |
nayanprakaṭadigdīrghāṃ hā śete sukhamātmavān || 37 ||

Blest is the godly man, that seeing the world as a dream in his sleep, rests in the Spirit of his god, where he sees everything as clear as day light, and as bright as open sky.
