The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जीर्णगोमात्रकधनः संरोपितलतावृतिः ।
संचिताग्न्यवनिप्राणिरुपार्जितकमण्डलुः ॥ ३६ ॥

jīrṇagomātrakadhanaḥ saṃropitalatāvṛtiḥ |
saṃcitāgnyavaniprāṇirupārjitakamaṇḍaluḥ || 36 ||

I had an old cow only for my treasure, and the greens of my garden as my only provision; my collections were only the sacred fire and sacrificial animals, and my utensil an only water pot.
