The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स ब्रह्मा ब्रह्ममात्रात्मा ब्रह्ममात्रात्मनोस्तयोः ।
अजातयोरेव सदा तदात्मजगतोर्द्वयोः ॥ ५४ ॥

sa brahmā brahmamātrātmā brahmamātrātmanostayoḥ |
ajātayoreva sadā tadātmajagatordvayoḥ || 54 ||

This brahma said:—the creative mind, was self-same with Brahma the supreme soul; and these two are ever identic with the uncreated soul and body of the universe.
