The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पुरमण्डलदैत्याग्निसुरनागविवस्वताम् ।
निकुरम्बं दधद्व्योम्नि मशकानामिवोच्चयम् ॥ २४ ॥

puramaṇḍaladaityāgnisuranāgavivasvatām |
nikurambaṃ dadhadvyomni maśakānāmivoccayam || 24 ||

The cities and towns burning with the demoniac fire, and the mountains and abodes of the gods, flaming with solar gleams, and their sparks in the air, flying like swarms of gnats.
