कुर्वन्सर्वाणि कर्माणि कृर्माङ्गवदवृत्तिमान् ॥ १८ ॥

punaḥ prasaraṇonmuktamantaḥsuptaṃ manaḥ kuru |
kurvansarvāṇi karmāṇi kṛrmāṅgavadavṛttimān || 18 ||

Get rid of your bodily exertions and lull your mind to sleep; be doing all your duties, as a tortoise with its contracted limbs.
