The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.28.15

न बीजाङ्कुरयोर्भेदो विद्यतेऽग्न्यौष्ण्ययोरिव ।
बीजमेवाङ्कुरं विद्धि विद्धि कर्मैव मानवम् ॥ १५ ॥

na bījāṅkurayorbhedo vidyate'gnyauṣṇyayoriva |
bījamevāṅkuraṃ viddhi viddhi karmaiva mānavam || 15 ||

There is no difference between the seed and its sprout, as there is no distinction of the heat from fire; and as you find the identity of the seed and its sprout, so must you know the identity of man with his acts.
