तस्यायत्नवतो दुःखमनन्तं नोपशाम्यति ॥ ४५ ॥

yo bhāvayati bhāveṣu neha rūḍheṣvabhāvatām |
tasyāyatnavato duḥkhamanantaṃ nopaśāmyati || 45 ||

He who thinks on the various objects of the senses, without knowing their unreality and the reality of the only one; and does not endeavour for his liberation here, has no end of his troubles in life.
