The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.2.11

कर्मवृक्षस्य वक्ष्यामि ब्रह्मन्मूलानि मे श्रृणु ।
यन्निकाषेण निर्मूलो न स भूयः प्ररोहति ॥ ११ ॥

karmavṛkṣasya vakṣyāmi brahmanmūlāni me śrṛṇu |
yannikāṣeṇa nirmūlo na sa bhūyaḥ prarohati || 11 ||

Hear me tell you, sir, about the roots of our deeds, by the rooting out of which the trees of our actions are wholly extirpated, and are never to vegetate or grow forth any more.
