The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तस्मिंस्त्यक्ते भवेत्त्यक्तं सर्वं देहादि भूपते ।
नो चेन्निमग्नमप्येतद्भूयोभूयः प्ररोहति ॥ २७ ॥

tasmiṃstyakte bhavettyaktaṃ sarvaṃ dehādi bhūpate |
no cennimagnamapyetadbhūyobhūyaḥ prarohati || 27 ||

Now prince, it is by avoiding this inveterate enemy of yours, that you are freed from the bondage of your body, and everything besides in this world; or else however you may kill your body, you can never put a stop to its regrowth.
