The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चिदूपजडरूपाभ्यामारव्धेयं जगत्स्थितिः ।
जलामृताभ्यां मिश्राभ्यां शीता तनुरिवैन्दवी ॥ १०२ ॥
cidūpajaḍarūpābhyāmāravdheyaṃ jagatsthitiḥ |
jalāmṛtābhyāṃ miśrābhyāṃ śītā tanurivaindavī || 102 ||
As the course of the world commenced with the union of mind and matter, or the mover and the moved from the beginning;so the body of the moon, came to be formed by an admixture of aqueous and nectarious particles in the air.
