प्राणापानानुसरणात्परमात्मावलोकनात् ।
अशोकमनुजातोऽस्मि पदमाद्यं महातपः ॥ ५ ॥

prāṇāpānānusaraṇātparamātmāvalokanāt |
aśokamanujāto'smi padamādyaṃ mahātapaḥ || 5 ||
